West Coast Steel Designs built and installed this mezzanine floor. The client wanted to maximize storage capacity without expanding the warehouse footprint. Compared to building or relocating to a larger facility, constructing a mezzanine floor is often more economical. Rather than paying for new construction or moving expenses, it makes efficient use of existing space. Additionally, the floor can be disassembled and used in another warehouse if necessary. The client’s requirements were more than met by this mezzanine floor, which can carry 140kg per square meter. There are a number of features that can be added to your mezzanine flooring solution that can enhance safety, including guardrails, handrails, staircases, nonslip surfaces, and fire protection. There were handrails and staircases added to this floor specifically. As a result, employees work in a safe environment and comply with safety regulations
